Chinese Recipe : Stewed Beef Brisket with Tomato

 Beef Brisket with Tendon  1.3 kg
 Tomato (Cut into big pieces)  130 g
 Potato (Cut into big pieces)  400 g
 Carrot (Cut into big pieces)  200 g
 Celery (Cut into pieces)  200g
 Garlic (pounded)  2 pieces
 Ginger (pounded)  2 slices
 Onion (peeled, Cut into pieces)  1 piece
 
 Seasoning For Stir-fry

 Red Wine  2 tbsp
 Rock Sugar  30 g
 Seasoning For stew
 Salt  1/2 tbsp
 Red Wine  1/2 cup
 Tsaoko amomum (pounded)  1 piece
