Chinese recipe : Stir fry Seafood and Pork with Cashew

 Cashew  180 g
 Small Scallop  120 g
 Shelled Prawns  150 g
 Pork Collar meat (sliced)  200 g
 Straw Mushrooms  180 g
 Green pepper  1 piece
 Red pepper  1 piece
 Onion  1 piece
 Ginger  (pounded):  1 slice
 Garlic (pounded) :  1 piece

 Preparation :
 Salt  1/2 tsp (soak shrimp before cook)
 Seasoning for Sliced Pork
 Sugar  1/2 tsp
 Cornstarch  1 tsp
 Seasoning for cooking
 Oil  For Deep-fry and Stir-fry
 Water  For boiling and stir fry
 Salt  1 tsp
 Sugar  1/2 tsp
 Light Soy Sauce  1 tbsp
