Chinese Recipe : Steamed Snubnose Pompano with Black Bean Sauce

 Flesh Fish (Snubnose Pompano)  1 Whole
 Spring Onion (Chopped)  2 sprigs
 Seasonings
 Salted black beans (rinsed and minced) :  1.5 tbsp
 Sugar  1/2 tsp
 Oil  1 tbsp
 Chicken Power  1/4 tsp
 Salt  1/4 tsp
 Ginger Juice  1 tsp
 Light Soy Sauce  1.5 tbsp
 Cornstarch  1/2 tsp
