Chinese recipe : Spring Roll

 Shrimps (diced) :300g
 Minced Pork :650g
 Chinese Celery100g
 Chinese Mushroom (soaked to soft and finely chopped) :4 pieces
 Water chestnut (finely chopped)2 pieces
 OilFor Deep Fry
