Chinese Recipe : Steamed Spareribs In Black Bean Sauce (豉汁蒸排骨)

 Pork spareribs :  600g
 Cornstarch :  2 tsp
  
 Seasonings : 
 Salted black beans (rinsed and minced) :  1tbsp
 Garlic (minced) :  1 clove
 Light soy sauce :  1 tbsp
 Sugar :  1/2 tsp
 Oil :  1/2 tbsp
 Salt : 1/4 tsp
